I train a select amount of clients at Gem Fitness (also known as the Lion’s Den) located in Tigard, OR. Gem Fitness is a private training facility with over 80 pieces of leg equipment you won’t find at other gyms to help you achieve the best shape of your life. I realize the benefits of an experienced professional putting eyes on a client during training to assess and critique movement and technique, keep up the pace of the workout, and motivate the client to achieving their highest potential.

Posing and stage presence is essential to placing well at competitions. During this session I help the client asses their
best angles, poses, transition, and walk to give them an edge on stage and help them look their absolute best.
This can be done 1:1 in person or via Skype
depending on location.
Cem has taken her physique to the next level with his expertise in posterior chain training and legendary gym environment and equipment.

I came to Kerrin June 2017 at the start of my 16 week prep. After feeling lost and not having my needs met from my previous trainer, I had a gut feeling that I needed to find a new coach! I was very desperate and came across a Facebook post that mentioned Kerrin! I went to her Instagram and browsed through the work that she has done for herself and clients. I was very impressed! I was coming towards the end of a 20-week prep with a different coach, feeling completely run down and drained, which is to be expected after a long prep. However, even after putting in the time and work, I still did not feel like I had tapped my full potential, and was about to be bringing a mediocre look to stage.
That’s when Kerrin came to the rescue, helping me realize that when you don’t feel ready, chances are you’re not! Right when I was ready to call it quit, Kerrin offered to look over my plan. She gave suggestions to adjust my macros and cardio plan to see if we can get the ball rolling. Five weeks later, I brought my leanest and best package to the Oregon State Championship. We achieved what I thought was going to be impossible in the healthiest ways without any fat burner, sodium, or water manipulation. Coming into the show, I felt the biggest sense of relief, feeling my best and bringing my best.
I met Kerrin at the beginning of our bodybuilding journey and it has been a pleasure to see her grow as a competitor. Her physique speaks for itself that she is an incredibly hard worker and very knowledgeable in training as well as nutrition. I approached Kerrin for a competition prep 10 weeks out from the NPC Capitol Grand Prix in 2017. Ideally I would have started with Kerrin 16 weeks out from the show but I had already been dieting for 6 weeks with another team whose strategies did not align with my goals. One of the things that most impressed me about Kerrin was her attention to detail. Kerrin was insistent that I asked questions and felt comfortable to come to her with any of my concerns. She ALWAYS made me feel like a priority. With each check-in during my competition prep I learned something new and if there were questions she explained everything to me thoroughly. Kerrin always reiterated that the goals I had for myself were what mattered the most.
