Apply today for online fitness & nutrition coaching with Kerrin Michele! Once I’ve received a client’s initial health and fitness assessment, I can then work together with them to develop a timeline to reach their goals in the healthiest and most efficient way possible. My mission for every unique client is to coach them to be successful at living a balanced and sustainable fitness lifestyle while achieving their goals. A commitment of 3 months is required for online 1:1 nutrition coaching plans if selecting the month-to-month subscription option. At three months, the client can manage their account to adjust their coaching services as desired.

Macro Nutrition Plans

This plan utilizes flexible dieting (If It Fits Your Macros – IIFYM) and is for somebody who wants more autonomy and options with their nutrition. I coach clients on how to use IIFYM effectively if they have never used it before. Macro resource material will be provided to support the client. Client’s macros will be adjusted based on check-in results and progress. Supplementation guidance and cardio splits will be addressed based on client’s goals.

Meal Nutrition Plans

$150 /MO

This plan is a good choice for
someone who is new to nutrition and looking for more specific
guidance on what to eat to reach their goals. Client’s menus will be updated based on check-in results and progress. Macronutrient resource material will be introduced during this plan to help the client transition to a flexible dieting plan if they desire to do so.
Supplementation guidance and cardio splits will be addressed depending on the client’s goals.

Training Plans

Training plans are written to help the client reach their individual fitness goals. They provide the client with exercises, lifts, splits, tempos, and instructions on how to perform each exercise to achieve their full physical potential. The client will be guided on how to track their workouts, sets, reps, and weights using mobile apps to carry with them wherever they go for easy access.

Competition Prep

The competition prep package is for someone who is currently using my macro/meal and training plans and has been working with me for a minimum of 3 months prior to the start of their prep period. Depending on where the client is at and what their goals are, I will determine whether a 12 week, 16 week, or longer preparation period is
necessary for them to look their absolute best on stage.

Posing Coaching

Posing and stage presence is essential to placing well at competitions. During this session I help the client asses their best angles, poses, transition, and walk to give them an edge on stage and help them look their absolute best. This can be done 1:1 in person or via Skype depending on location.
