Meet Kerrin

Kerrin is an IFBB Bikini Pro and owner of her online fitness, nutrition, and competition prep coaching business, Kerrin Michele, LLC. Kerrin worked in industry as an Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP) for over five years before transitioning to managing her own coaching business and competing as an IFBB Bikini Pro athlete full-time. Kerrin is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS), and Women’s Fitness Specialist (WFS) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

She has a passion for coaching others to reach their health and fitness goals in a smart and sustainable way so they can look and feel their best forever.

If you don’t have all the fancy equipment, no problem! Fancy equipment doesn’t get you muscle gains without mind-muscle connection, just like fancy supplements won’t get you shredded without using them in addition to a solid nutrition program with consistency over time.
I performed this workout from my home gym with minimal fancy shit and was feeling good the next few days! The puppies love training with us too as you can see... @papaphily 🤔😂🐶

Loving the @lululemon #alignpant in this color green to really channel some Christmas spirit this holiday season! 💚
But mostly I’m just excited to be back in the gym lifting weights regularly. I had a challenging 4 weeks where I had a hard time hitting the gym regularly last month. I was just SO tired y’all!! And on top of 4 hours of yoga teacher training a day to get my 200 hour certification, I was beat! 🧘🏻‍♀️😴
This last week has been incredible in terms of my energy levels recovering a bit and having more of an appetite.
I am so grateful for my @fitbodyfusion coach @jamidebernard for being so supportive of me the last few months! I’m not in competition prep and I’m not cutting down. I’m just a woman doing her best to be as healthy and happy as possible in her own body which is capable of some pretty amazing things!! 💕 #selflove #selfcare
